I think that the two images above would be good for my genre as they could be considered urban, this links with some of the magazines that I have looked at previously as they have placed their artist against a urban background.

I think that the image to the right and below left would be good for a front cover as there could be a contrast made between the power of the artist and the fact they are in a natural setting could make it stand out a lot more. For example bold, dominating colours would make the artist stand out in comparison to the calm background.

I think that these images could be used for the double page spread as they would link to the front cover and they would continue to make the artist seem bold and powerful. This would appeal to the female market as it shows 'girl power' and it would also show how the genre stands out as the artist would contrast with the background.
